At AHH, matching international standards of healthcare delivery has always been our goal. Thus, in 2021, we entered into a 3-year partnership with SafeCare - a subsidiary of the PharmAccess Group - to help elevate our service delivery in our healthcare facilities across the continent.

 

SafeCare is accredited by the International Society for Quality in Health Care External Evaluation Association (IEEA) (previously: ISQua) and was formed by a collaboration between ISQua and Joint Commission International (JCI) to measure the quality of healthcare provision and to provide a staged, motivating and technology-powered pathway to sustainable improvement.

 

This partnership entrusts SafeCare to assess the standards of healthcare delivery throughout our organization and to set benchmarks in healthcare safety and quality. We can proudly report Level 2-4 SafeCare Certification, and we continue to work towards achieving Level 5 for all facilities in the near future.
